Lux Blueprint LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) grants you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) a personal, nontransferable, and nonexclusive license to access and use the website and content portal (the “Portal”) and to utilize certain educational and informational services, content, tools, and resources provided by the Company (collectively, the “Services”), subject to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES IS CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

The Services offered by the Company are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Registration Fee

You have paid a registration fee (“Registration Fee”) for access to specific Services. The Registration Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. No guarantees of results or earnings are provided.

Payments

By enrolling in or purchasing Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including recurring charges if applicable. You authorize the Company to charge your provided payment method without additional authorization for each billing cycle.

Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of access.

Recurring Payment Authorization

For Services with recurring billing:

You authorize automatic charges per the disclosed billing schedule

You will receive at least ten (10) days’ notice of pricing changes

You may revoke authorization with thirty (30) days’ written notice

Revocation may result in termination of Services

Access

Access to the Services is a revocable license conditioned on compliance with these Terms. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time in its sole discretion.

Access privileges are non-transferable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, templates, recordings, and intellectual property associated with the Services are the exclusive property of Lux Blueprint LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or use any portion of the Services for commercial purposes without written consent.

All User Submissions become the sole property of the Company. You irrevocably assign all rights to such submissions to the Company without compensation.

The Company may seek injunctive relief to prevent or remedy violations of these Terms.

User Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that:

You can legally enter binding contracts

You will not use automated systems to access the Services

Personal Guarantee

If payment is made through a business entity, the individual authorizing payment personally guarantees all obligations.

No Investment Offerings

The Services do not constitute investments, securities, partnerships, or passive income opportunities.

Earnings & Testimonial Disclaimers

No earnings are guaranteed. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not typical. Most clients do not earn income.

An Earnings Claim Statement is available upon written request.

Sales Practices & Financing Disclaimers

Any urgency is informational only. Financing arrangements are solely between you and third-party lenders.

No Employment or Business Opportunity

Participation does not create employment, partnership, or guaranteed opportunity.

Third-Party Tools Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for third-party tools or platforms referenced in the Services.
